A large construction business with multiple locations across the UK spanning a turnover in excess of £700M with over 3,000 employees. Their business has a mixture of multiple onsite pop up offices as well as remote workers across the UK. As a large business with multiple billing companies and sites across the UK needed a partner who can facilitate and bring in the correct processes to control IT spend. Having the ability to have all our custom builds, employee spend limits and a large catalogue of products to help when they need something outside of BAU.

The Solution

With the customer portal successfully launched, we enabled control back to the IT department with complete visibility of spend. Enabling an approval process so that the customer had complete control over the spend of each user within the platform. Bringing all their requirements into one platform, including migrating global special pricing from vendors to ensure the customer controlled spend. With the creation of multiple invoice addresses, the customer was able to ensure each order was processed within the right budget and company to ensure a quick process from order to invoice.
